NOTE: WE CURRENTLY CONDUCT BUSINESS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY.
We use STANDARD SHIPPING to ensure reliable delivery for every order. Here’s how our shipping process works:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After processing, your items are prepared for shipment and sent out as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
We aim to deliver orders within 5 to 7 business days from the shipping date. However, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the print provider and the specific product ordered.
All of our products are produced, fulfilled, and shipped from within the United States and shipped directly to U.S. customers with no customs fees or international charges, ensuring fast and reliable nationwide delivery.
Additionally, during peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended due to increased demand across shipping carriers. We encourage customers to plan accordingly during these busy periods to allow extra time for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress at any time.
Shipping Address & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Wheefy and our print vendor, Printify, are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We'll do our best to help, but once the order has entered production or shipping, changes are not possible.
Why Is My Order Taking Longer Than Expected?
Occasionally, fulfillment may take longer than expected.
This can happen if:
- The product is temporarily out of stock and being restocked by the supplier.
- The item did not pass quality control and is being reprinted to ensure Wheefy’s high standards.
- It’s a peak holiday period with carrier delays.
- The order contains 12 or more items.

Order Tracking Updates
Our fulfillment partner, Printify, automatically updates your order’s tracking information once it ships. You’ll then receive an email from Shopify containing your tracking link and shipping details.
