No, all Wheefy products are made-to-order and unique. Returns or exchanges are not supported for customer mistakes like wrong size, color, or change of mind.

Q2: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

A: Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered:

- Free replacement (shipping included), or

- Refund for the product price only
(shipping costs are not refundable)


Q3: What if my order can’t be delivered because of a wrong or invalid address?

A:
You can request a reshipment, but additional shipping charges apply.
