Refund policy


Refunds, Replacements and Returns

At Wheefy, in collaboration with our vendor Printify, all products are made-to-order and produced only once purchased. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, Wheefy offers:

  • free replacement (including shipping), or
  • refund for the product price only (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

To process your claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include the following in your email:

  • Order ID (include in the subject line)
  • Clear photo(s) of the product issue (minimum: 1 full product shot + 1 close-up of the defect)
  • Photo of the packaging/shipping label (if available)
  • If multiple items are affected, an additional photo or video showing all affected items together

    Additional information may be requested to verify your claim. All claims are subject to investigation by Wheefy and our print provider.


Unsuccessful Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer:

  • You may request a reshipment (additional shipping charges apply).
  • Refunds are limited to the product cost only — shipping fees are non-refundable.


Print Placement Tolerance

For DTG (Direct-To-Garment) products, print placement may vary by up to 0.5". Minor variations within this range are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • You will receive a replacement product with shipping included, or
  • A refund for the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact:

Important Notes

  • Products are made-to-order and cannot be returned once produced.
  • Refunds and replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are not available for customer input errors (wrong size, color, or shipping address).
  • Design quality and accuracy (resolution, alignment, artwork placement) are the responsibility of Wheefy. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production.
  • Wheefy reserves the right to refuse or investigate suspicious or fraudulent claims and may request additional proof.
